New President of the Supervisory Board of Joint Venture Association (JVSZ)

Andrea Kuntner, foreign trade business economist, co-owner and managing director of the VGD Hungary, which was founded in 2001 and currently has got more than 50 employees.

Andrea has decades of experience as a tax consultant in international business and tax consulting in English and German. As managing partner, she is involved in the coordination of the incorporation of international companies in Hungary, company and tax due diligence, transfer pricing regulations, and is also responsible for the group's financial representation, payroll and HR services for foreign companies. 

He is a regular participant and invited expert speaker at Nexia International conferences in Europe and overseas and a member of several regional and global working groups help coordinate and keep VGD Hungary's international quality assurance standards.

Andrea has been an active member of the Joint Venture Association representing VGD Hungary for more than 15 years, and has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2020 and was elected as the Chairman of the JVSZ FB in November 2022. In addition, she represents VGD Hungary in several other business organisations and is currently a board member of Swisscham, among others.

Andrea is fluent in English and German and is currently studying Spanish. She spends her free time with her family, ballroom dancing and playing golf.  Committed to lifelong learning and development, her favourite quote is from world champion golfer Tiger Woods: "No matter how good you get you can always get better, and that's the exciting part."
