The beneFit Prize 2023 - For Happy Employees award's
professional winner is VGD Hungary!
The All You Can Move (AYCM), in collaboration with the Humánpolitika.com Public Benefit Association, established the beneFit Prize in 2019, creating a unique, comprehensive competition in Hungary. This provides companies with the opportunity to showcase all methods and programs through which they support employee well-being as a caring company.
The key objectives of the competition include education, mutual encouragement, motivation, and the potential formation of future collaborations. The award ceremony gala serves as a personal platform for company representatives to celebrate together in pursuit of a common goal. The ultimate aim is the well-being of employees, as they contribute to the success of the company.
The 2023 award ceremony, dubbed as the employers' celebration, took place on November 9th at the Millennium Café and Restaurant.
The judging of the applications was assisted by the professional jury:
AYCM / Blue Colibri / DM Hungary / Europe Design / FrieslandCampina Service Centre EMEA /LHH Hungary / Lyreco – Nespresso Professional / Salarify /SkillON / Wolt.
In the competition, nearly 100 companies competed in four categories (giant corporations, large companies, medium-sized companies, and small companies) for the professional jury's "Best of" award, with six special awards recognizing individual values and innovation.
The event's patron, State Secretary György László, welcomed the attendees, while the host and presenter of the event was the comedian András Péter Kovács, who created a great atmosphere at the event.
