As we informed our clients in a previous newsletter, VGD and WTS are merging their teams of experts
and VGD Hungary Ltd. will be continuing its operations as part of WTS Klient Business Advisory Ltd. from 1 January 2025.

The VGD Hungary Audit Kft. is to merge with HLB Hungary Ltd.
and operations under this brand from 1 January 2025.

We would like to inform you that in preparation for the closing of the VGD - WTS Klient and VGD Audit - HLB Hungary merger on 22 November,
the VGD Hungary Teams will move to the WTS office building in StefániaPark, so that

From 25 November 2024, we will welcome our clients in the
new office (1143 Budapest, Stefánia út 101-103).

and from this date onwards, please send by post / courier
any related documents, mails addressed to VGD Hungary, to here.

Please note for our legal seat service clients, the postal address will change from 1 January 2025!

Our staff will continue to be available at the usual telephone numbers and e-mail addresses 
and will be available to assist you in your cooperation.

Further details on the legal merger of companies will be provided in a forthcoming newsletter.

The move is not expected to cause any disruption to our business,
we thank you for your patience and understanding for any inconvenience.

the Payroll Team has already moved to the new office on 15 November.
