Change in the data supply of invoices issued but not reported in the first quarter of 2021

In accordance with the appearing information on the official website of the Hungarian Tax Authority we hereby would like to inform you about the following. As long as the transactions invoiced belong to the new scope of transactions that are due to report starting only from 2021, taxpayers in Hungary are not obliged to supply data about non-reported invoices issued in the 1st of quarter of 2021.

This facilitation can not be applied for invoices that were due to report earlier.
